Compassion - A Wonderful Human Quality
The English word "compassion" is derived from the Latin language term "compati" that means "to suffer with." [From "com" meaning "together" and "pati" meaning "to suffer".
Therefore, when you have compassion for another person, you suffer with that person; that is, you show pity for him/her and share his/her sorrow.
In French language, the word "compassion" denotes "a fellowship in feeling."
Every family is a place that presents many an opportunity to both demonstrate and experience this wonderful human value called compassion.
