St Thomas Christians Today
St Thomas Christians grew both in number and in rank over the years, and have made their mark in every field of society. In educational and professional fields, St Thomas Christians have set an example to other religions of the country.
Along with the growth, there have been struggles and conflicts. The St Thomas Christian Community today comprises as many as ten different religious sects, each having some of their own customs and traditions.

- St Thomas Evangelical Church
- Part of Anglican Church / CSI Church in Kerala
Thus, St Thomas Christians comprise the two Oriental Catholic Churches in India namely the Syro-Malabar Church and the Syro-Malankara Church, part of the Latin Church, and Protestant and other non-Catholic St Thomas Christians.
